These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brokefellas mobile application ("Brokefellas," the "app," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by an individual based in California, United States. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Brokefellas. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Brokefellas is a gamified tool for tracking your net worth, savings goals, and how your finances compare to others. It is provided for education and entertainment only.
Not financial advice. Brokefellas does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Projections and rankings are hypothetical and for illustration only; they are not promises of future results, and past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Brokefellas does not execute trades or move money. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
If you choose to link a bank or financial account, you authorize us to use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to access account information such as balances and account details on your behalf. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's terms and End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a linked account at any time in the app.

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Brokefellas app, including its name, design, and software, belongs to us, and these Terms do not give you any ownership of it.
Brokefellas relies on third-party providers, including Plaid (bank connectivity), Supabase (hosting and authentication), and Cloudflare (security). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of these third parties, and your use of their features may be subject to their own terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figures or projections it displays are accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brokefellas and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or financial loss, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brokefellas and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the app and its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continuing to use Brokefellas after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
